Stephen Ministry

 

Stephen Ministers are members of St. Patrick Parish
who provide one-on-one Christian care to individuals
experiencing a personal loss or difficulty.

Stephen Ministers receive 50 hours of training and
are commissioned at the completion of that training.
As lay ministers, they visit their care receivers
regularly, offering support, comfort and prayer.
In return, Stephen Ministers receive regular support
and supervision along with continuing education
and skill development under the guidance of trained
Stephen Leaders.
