The power of prayer is profound! We are starting a Prayer Warrior Group at St. Patrick. Our goal is to be part of a mighty army of Catholic Prayer Warriors. 

We will strive to become the elite special forces who do battle behind the enemy lines. We are the spiritual foot soldiers who follow Mary, our Blessed Mother, all the angels, especially our Guardian Angel, Saint Michael, Saint Gabriel and Saint Raphael the Archangels, the Saints, Pope Francis, the Bishops and the clergy in the daily supernatural battle against the demonic forces seeking to destroy our world.

Prayer Request

In your hand, O Lord, we humbly entrust our brothers and sisters. In this life you embraced them with your tender love; deliver them now from every evil and bid them eternal rest. The old order has passed away: welcome them into paradise, where there will be no sorrow, no weeping or pain, but fullness of peace and joy with your Son and the Holy Spirit forever and ever. Amen.

Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed. Amen.

Father God,
Thank you for the free country in which we live. Thank you for abundant natural resources and an amazing standard of living. Lord, thank you for the men and women in uniform who risk life and limb to preserve our way of life and our freedom to worship you. 

Today, Father, please be with each soldier, sailor, airman, marine, and guardsman as they serve. Please look after their families and keep them safe. Show them your grace and provision in their daily lives. Bless the brave who protect the free so that they may reap the rewards of a job well done when their time in service is over, especially:
